Our Kindergarten programme is based on the principals of introducing the child to their environment and moving them through the fundamentals of learning to give them their foundation for the future. Being centred on the children’s immediate environment and their experiences In and out of school as individuals and as groups, we can develop the children at their own levels. We want them as individuals to build an enjoyment of school and an enjoyment of learning.

Our children are prepared through play, through qualified instruction and through brain development or ‘Brain Based Learning (BBL)’ as it has become known. Brain-based learning has been called a combination of brain science and common sense. It uses a non-threatening environment to provide the optimal learning condition for students who then are encouraged to be alert and immersed in their work while their teachers continue to push the boundaries with active processing and linking of the experiences they encounter. Our methods incorporate Multiple Intelligence Teaching, Montessori Methodology, Traditional Instructional Learning Methodology and, as students progress, formal structuring.
